About
About Consentrio
Consentrio™ is a consent management platform for organisations that process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
What we build
Consentrio gives Data Fiduciaries one place to publish consent notices, collect and verify consent, honour withdrawals, handle rights requests and grievances, keep processors in sync, and prove every decision with a tamper-evident audit trail. Your users get a preference centre where they can see and change what they agreed to.
Consentrio is not a registered Consent Manager under the DPDP Act. That is a separate, regulated role. Our guide on Consent Managers vs consent management platforms explains the difference.
Yashasvi
Yashasvi operates Consentrio and writes our DPDP Act guides. She works on how the Act's consent, notice and rights obligations translate into everyday product and compliance work.
How our guides are written
- Every guide is written from the text of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and cites the section or rule each statement relies on.
- Each guide shows the date it was last checked against the law. We re-check guides when the Government or the Data Protection Board publishes something new.
- Guides explain the law; they are not legal advice. Where we describe Consentrio, we say so.
- Spotted an error? Email [email protected] and we will correct it.
